Can I edit/change my order?
We work diligently to process all incoming orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can only edit your order prior to it being fulfilled

How can I find my order number?
Your order number will be enclosed in the order confirmation email. This email is sent to the email provided on the purchase or the email associated with Payment.

How do I know if my package is on the way?
You will have received a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to the email you provided during the purchase, please allow 24-48 hours from receiving this email for the tracking information to update.

How Do I Track My Order?
Once you have completed your order at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email. In that email click the link "view your order", this will bring you to your order status page. Once your order has been shipped you will receive another email, this email will contain the tracking information and you can track it every step of the way!

Can I return or exchange an item?
If you wish to exchange or return an item, we ask that you contact us via our live chat so we may assist with your inquiry. We ask that you please contact us no later than 30 days from receiving your package. Packages must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay directly on our website with any major credit card. We currently do not accept phone-call payments or COD.
